The Pollywiggle, Waxham, nr Sea Palling, Dog friendly, Private path to the beach

The Pollywiggle was perfect for us and our dogs. A truly splendid site with a large enclosed space for the dogs run around in. The beach is but a short walk away. The dogs loved it.

Lovely, clean and comfortable caravan. Well equipped, good location for exploring the area. On a quiet farm with some good walks available. We lived seeing the seals on the beach.

The location of 'The Pollywiggle' was absolutely beautiful with a coastal walk only 15mins away and Horsey Gap nearby too where you are guaranteed to see a lot of seals (and pups in winter months.) Staff were friendly and helpful but not over bearing. Once you got the keys you were left to it to enjoy your stay but staff were always on hand if you did need any help. The site is known by taxi drivers so if you do need to arrange a taxi to and from the site it is very easy to do so. The caravan was spacious, yet cosy and the bed was very comfy. I had a really lovely, restful stay after a stressful week. My dog appeared to really enjoy it too! 😊

I can't really fault anything as it was exactly the kind of break I needed. But if I had to be particularly fussy all I would say is a few spot lights in the kitchen area were not working and there were a couple of cobwebs around the light in the toilet but other than that I really don't have any criticisms. Just bear in mind it is self catering and you do need to bring larger towels with you. This is stated on the booking form 😊.

Steps to property needs to be safer overall

The easy and private path to the beach was brilliant and the beach was brilliant for spotting seals. The small site was great as you didn’t have to share it with too many people. Easter was a great time to stay!
