Location is excellent. Walkable to Central city. To find a parking is not that hard.

We booked 3 days, only got half row of the toilet paper. I know I can ask the host to send us some more，but don’t want to bother him.

William has been super helpful from the starting point, once all the basic check in procedures where done, sending information every day about local events, and generally available for advice. The room I got was a small and basic one (there are bigger in the property), but well thought and functional. Small, but has quite a lot.

It can be a bit confusing at times with the communications - if you are not a Italian speaker, jist be aware that William is likelybjsing a translation tool ro xommunicate with you, so just be sensitive of that, and possibly use translation yourself, if you think there might be a confusion.

Vynikajúce ubytovanie! Pri centre mesta - 5 až 10min peši. V okolí výborné reštaurácie, pričom majiteľ nechal v izbe aj zľavy do týchto podnikov. Majiteľ bol veľmi ochotný, milý a všímavý, neustále na linke.

Accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario con un bel terrazino dove fare la colazione o godersi un aperitivo al tramonto. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Lecce. William sempre disponibile!

La camera si presenta come da foto, pulizia eccellente, letto comodo, bagno con box doccia, phon provvisto anche di diffusore e in generale molta cura nei dettagli. Non ho usufruito dell' angolo cottura, ma ho notato essere totalmente funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario. Terrazzino molto carino e piacevole per iniziare e finire bene le giornate. Zona tranquilla e....a 7 passi dal centro storico! 😄 Proprietario veloce nel rispondere, gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornare presto a Lecce e di poter soggiornare nuovamente qui.

The location was good if you have a hire car. Lively streets and restaurants nearby. The host is prompt at responding. The terrace is nice

When we entered the unit there was an unpleasant smell noticeable immediately. We thought maybe the unit hadn't been opened for a while and airing it out would fix it. Turns out it was bad plumping. It was very unpleasant and meant we couldn't sleep properly as the smell was overpowering unless we opened the window. But to sleep with the window open meant loud noises all night. Subsequently our sleep was affected. We got in late one night and left for a day trip the following day so didn't get a chance to tell the owner. The owner told me to leave the €12 tax on the shelf when we left. He showed up completely unannounced to request the €12 which we found very uncomfortable as he did not tell us he was coming. It felt extremely intrusive of our space. We told him about the smell (albeit on the last day of us staying there) and he said he would fix it when we left. Furthermore we ran out of shower gel and were told that he was waiting for it to finish before he changed it and that he didn't want to mix old gel with new gels, which meant we didn't have anything. All in all I can't recommend this place to anybody.
