Micro Studio Apartment in University District- 10 mins walk to University of WA

Good and generously equipped room, good value for the price. The host provided good and clear information (they never showed up, but that's not a problem for me). Walking distance to University of Washington and University District facilities.

Wifi was quite slow at times. Quite some walking distance to nearest place where you can get breakfast. Noisy students partying in the neighbourhood (it was bearable though).

Great location to University. Building not super clean, but room was.

Bed was terrible! really not fit to rent out

I have arranged for early check in bur did not get instructions in time. I whatsapped, send bkg messages etc but no reply until after 3pm when I managed to get a reply while waiting on 35c heat.

I liked the amenities and the close-to-everything location. The room was clean and cute. I didn’t use the kitchen but I did use the laundry. Appreciated having the option.

Since it’s in a student-oriented neighborhood it wasn’t as quiet as it could be. Having a room across from the common area was less than desirable but it wasn’t always noisy.
