"Lovely property every thing we needed"

So clean and very well appointed , comfy beds and beautiful towels & bed linen, had a wonderful homely feel , Toni was very responsive

As the weather was so sunny we used the outside area a lot but found the outdoor seating very uncomfortable and in need of a little repair, very near to a beautiful park but we found other houses around unkept which was a shame, this is our only criticism as apart from that everything was great

Located close to town in a quite student area but safe for on road parking. The property was faultless. So beautifully decorated, with everything we needed including the nicest laundry. We wanted to move in!! Beds so comfy, with beautiful linen and so many white fluffy towels. Think it’s the first airbnb we’ve stayed in that’s felt so much like a luxury boutique hotel. 10/10

"Great base to explore Cheltenham and the Cotswolds"

Location great - 50yds from Pittville Park; 10 mins to the town centre. Very clean and tidy; milk and water available on arrival

Staircase steep and narrow; downstairs toilet the bathroom cabinet hangs over the sink so not easy to lean forward over the sink
