It wasn't really cleaned and lost 4 days due to hurricane

It was very cozy, had the beach house feel to it. It was very clean. Pool area was very nice.

Really have nothing bad to say, Would have been really nice to have a private balcony.

Location was good. For a small unit, it did have most of the basics. I appreciated the elevator since the unit was on the fourth floor. The rental agency was very responsive to questions and giving information.

A big reason for picking this property was the pool since that is my main form of exercise. BUT I was so disappointed since the pool was not heated making swimming impossible. It really should be advertised as a seasonal pool. The pool cleaner laughed and said nobody uses the pool until the summer months. I owned rental properties in south Florida where the pools were heated until April so swimming could be enjoyed year round. Also, the owner should put a grab bar in the shower/bath area for older people like myself who need something to hold onto climbing over the tub.

Loved the view. 4th floor balcony with a park across the street made a nice ocean view.

The name was confusing, as the actual building name (Mariner's Landing) did not match the advertised name.
