ESAmbas piscinas, unas con unos pequeƱos toboganes y varios juegos para los niƱos, el gimanasio nuevo, la seguridad, que habĆa hasta un pequeƱo restaurante en la piscina. La habitaciĆ³n amplia y luminosa con buenas vistas.
El apartamento podrĆa mejorar mucho su limpieza. Que el Ćŗltimo dĆa tuvimos que esperar el ascensor 30 minutos y al final por desesperaciĆ³n tuvimos que bajar todas las plantas andando y las escaleras estaban llenas de gente como nosotros. DeberĆan buscar soluciĆ³n a ese problema.

No night light. Had the encounter of not being able to open the door. Access not working. Only to find out they did not provide the main key to open. Overall it took abt 30 minutes to settle. Still acceptable with the little hiccups. Overall I will still come back to Bali Residence for my staycation.

INThe apartment was not clean upon arrival. The bedsheets were dirty, the mattress had visible stains, and to make matters worse, we found a cockroach inside the apartment. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to offer comfortable accommodation. The lift service was another major issue. It was extremely poorly managedāwe waited nearly 40 minutes for a lift, and eventually had no choice but to walk down 24 floors. This was incredibly difficult as we were traveling with senior citizens, two young children, and luggage.
