"Atmospheric hotel with old-world charm and hospitality, delicous good, great location, modern"

1. Lovely ambience with authentic historical Kashmiri decor and antiques. Great tea lounge, library, restaurants, live Kashmiri music 2. Modern facilities: well-equipped gym wuth battle ropes, kettlebells, badminton, table tennis. Nice spa 3. Great location: close to Dal Lake, the Mughal gardens Shalimar and Nishat gardens, KCI emporium which is a reasonably priced handicrafts emporium with weaving demos 4. Amazing Food: Great choice of restaurants with a authentic Kashmiri,Indian and international options. We liked the Kashmiri wazwan options at Earthen oven and the array and live station at breakfast 5. Great complimentary food: The welcome drink kehva with spices and sliced almonds was one pf the better lehva we had. And the daily complimentary high tea had masala chai, pakodas and samdwiches etc

Wish the gym opened earlier in the morning before guests left for daytrips

Rooms were too tiny for the price we paid. Disappointed. Bathroom gets flooded with water easily. We get to know that tax is extra - on top of the booking.com price - sudden shock

"Beautiful property near Nishat garden and Dal lake"

Very beautiful property.. they have maintained the cultural charm of Kashmir with all modern amenities. Rooms are very well ventilated and warm. Mr Irfan Mir, GM and Mr Imran were very courteous and quick in their response. Their warm and personal touch made our stay in Srinagar memorable. The women staff at front desk and restaurant deserve special mention for their warm and courteous care towards my spouse and kids. I convey my heartfelt thanks.
