"Superb"

Great sized bedrooms and spacious living room/kitchen. Nicely decorated. Main areas of town plus AO arena for concerts were within 15 mins walking distance.

Would be cautious walking home alone at night in the area

Good location, good amenities and clean too. Instructions couldn’t have been clearer and fab communication!

Sadly the bed was genuinely the hardest springiest mattress which unfortunately meant myself and partner had a very rough night!

Clean and tidy. Nice apartment, would happily stay there again, just a quick walk into the city. Communication was great, making it easy to park etc. One of our group left something behind, we were contacted about this, and they even offered to mail it back to us. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.

33 Blackfriars Rd is opposite the apartment block, so slightly confusing. However the booking in instructions helped identify where the entrance is.

"Very nice and convenient and great customer service, would recommend"

I liked that the instructions about the property were very clear and easy to understand and everything was very convenient, the housekeeping were very friendly and overall great customer service would recommend.

The main bathroom light was dim and took a little time to fully light up the room but other than that the facilities were very good.
