Es un apartamento muy amplio en el mismísimo centro de Santa Cruz. Se puede ir a pie a cualquier parte céntrica de la ciudad. El garaje es muy útil. El apartamento dispone de terraza, amplio salón, dos baños. Todo muy conveniente y cómodo.

Espectacular departamento, grande y cómodo. Totalmente equipado, tido funciona, muy limpio y bien ubicado.

Un poco oscuro, se escuchan bastante los vecinos del edificio y los sonidos de la calle. Pero nada grave.

Grosse schöne Wohnung, kleines gemütliches Balkon, wo wir immer gefrühstückt haben. Zwei Badezimmer, wo alles notwendiges gab's. Küche gut ausgestattet, mit Kaffee , Olivenöl, Gewürze und so weiter. Waschmaschine im separatem kleinem Zimmer, wo auch die Wäsche trocknen kann. Zentral und ruhig. Plaza de España ist 6 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Gastgeber Tony ist sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und kommt entgegen.

Cuenta con todos los detalles necesarios para pasar unos días, con la comodidad de un piso completo, aparcamiento en el mismo edificio y enseres para la vida diaria.

Se oye bastante la calle, pero lo normal de un piso exterior en el centro. Hay 2 camas individuales se quedan algo justas para quien misa más de 1,70 m.

Tutto perfetto, appartamento grande, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario e in posizione super strategica per andare in giro la sera! Importantissimo il garage per la macchina!

Все было превосходно, большаяб комфортная , уютная квартира. Квартира полностью оборудована имеет все необходимое для длительного проживания. Кондиционеры в августе добавляли кайфа от пребывания. Очень удобно что есть паркинг.

These apartments feel like a home away from home – every detail is thoughtfully prepared to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Spotlessly clean, cozy, and with a lovely atmosphere. The underground parking is a huge plus, making the stay even more convenient. The best equipped apartments we have stayed in during our time in Tenerife. We would be happy to return!
