Booking.com is a very prestigious and trustworthy site. They should never tie up with oyo like third class organisations. Booked hotel was a sold property with an incomplete address. I wasted 2 hours' time searching the property but failed because the property was nonexistent. Contacted several times the OYO customer care but useless . They also took half payment also. I wasted 300 Rs extra on taxi in searching the hotel. I lost my 2 hour valuable time which can not be compensated. Then I had to book another hotel at an exorbitant price. Can they compensate for my time and money.
