USThis was the perfect little beach house with a few steps to the bay and a short 1 minute walk to the ocean. We loved the front patio area with a view of the bay and the sunrise each morning. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size for my husband and I. TWO parking spots - perfect! Austin, the property manager, was so friendly and accommodating. We needed to check in early and he made sure it worked for us. He also bought two new boogie boards and dropped them off at the house for us. 10+ to him.
We cannot think of anything major. It was perfect for us. The only fix would be the screen on the back sliding door. It would have been nice to keep that open for a cross breeze. Too many flies outside to do without the screen.
