The flat was warm, spacious and comfortable. Loved not having to worry about losing a key - once we mastered the pin code lock it was so easy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness in the property. When we arrived, it was clear that the accommodation hadn’t been properly cleaned — surfaces were dusty, the kitchen was unhygienic, and the bathroom wasn’t up to standard. Although cleaners were sent back after we raised the issue, the property still wasn’t adequately cleaned. We had to clean the kitchen and bathroom ourselves before we felt comfortable using them. It’s a shame, as the location and layout were good, but the cleanliness and attention to detail really let it down. I hope the hosts take this feedback seriously and improve the cleaning standards for future guests.

The house is neglected. It needs thorough cleaning. The floor in the kitchen and living room is quite dirty. The yard is untidy and run down. We took off our shoes at first, but our socks stuck to the floor and immediately became dirty, so we put our shoes back on right away. The dishwashing sponge is old, there is no shower gel in the bathroom, only soap on the sink. There was hair on the bedding, the bedside table had not been wiped at all, and the windows had not been washed for quite some time. There is a mould stain on the wall in one of the bedrooms. I found out that there was no hairdryer when I came out of the shower with wet hair and searched the whole house. The hostess takes a £100 deposit, which she then returns. I don't even know what could cost £100 there, except maybe the TV. Perhaps the lack of a hairdryer and cleaning products is mentioned in the description, but I didn't pay attention to it, as these are basic things. Overall, the house is not bad, but it needs basic maintenance and cleaning, as well as professional laundry.

It is very well equipped with utensils. Fantastic home feel.

Good location modern apartment definitely stay again.
