Ingen ting,,prøvde å kontakte en person på tlf,,men ikke noe svar!!!! Å de som satt i inngangen eller en lignende resepsjon ville ikke løfte en finger eller hjelpe å prøve å komme eieren,, så til slutt gadd jeg ikke mer,,å la meg inn på et annet hotell i stedet..

At det ikke er resepsjon, og ikke murlig å få kontakt med eieren.. Helt på trynet opplegg,, Å helt håpløst at ingen gadd å hjelpe med å få tak i eieren heller... Mye mer viktig for dem å glane på katte videoer og annet tøv...

Bed really comfortable and large. Good balcony and view. Good location. Good price.

Didn’t get to wash our clothes as didn’t realise the washing machine is on the balcony. No hot water to shower- messaged the host and was told that I’m ’turning it on too fast’. No matter how I tried to turn it on it did not go hot, no water at all on hot. Terrible system of checking in. The hotel staff in the building don’t run the room, it is run independently. So the hotel staff were confused. We had to wait over an hour to be let in by the actual host, who was unhelpful on the phone and left us waiting around. The person the host sent to check us in didn’t know what he was doing causing us further delays.

There was no hot water, only cold water. The room had not been cleaned; T-shirts were lying on top of the wardrobe and under the sofa. The electricity went out at night and was still out the next day, but I didn't write to the owner. I moved out. When we arrived at the apartment, we waited a long time for the keys to be brought to us. We waited for 1.5 hours, even though we had called and written many hours before our arrival. They brought us the keys and didn't even open the room. They gave us a chip for the electronic lock, but the key didn't work. We tried to get into the room for at least 30 minutes. We wrote to Telegram and did not receive a response for a long time. Then they sent me the door code in Telegram, and only then were we able to enter the room.

Good location and nice balcony view. A/C and wifi worked well.

Was given the wrong elevator fob which took about 8 hours to resolve. Host asked me to send photos and videos of the fob not working, which was annoying.
