The apartment, dirty, cockroaches,

The host gives good instructions for arriving and self checking. The building is guarded and located in a good area, with a nearby food court and plenty of street food. For a short stay it is still usable.

The apartment is much smaller and looks worse than in the photos. The stated size also seems exaggerated or possibly calculated together with the bathroom. Kitchen: There are cockroaches, especially under the sink. The refrigerator is dirty, and the mirrors in the kitchen area are very dirty. The cutlery is in poor condition. The kitchen faucet is loose, leaking, and very difficult to use. Room: The wardrobe doors do not close, and the wardrobe is filled with unnecessary pillows and blankets. I also constantly found black hairs all over the apartment. Bathroom: The walls, mirror, and sink are dirty. When I moved a shelf, there was dirt and hair underneath it. Only a small amount of body wash without any clear label was left in the bathroom. Balcony: The chair is broken and the table is in poor condition.

Nothing except the location was good,close to Thamrin City and walking distance to major shopping mall Grand Indonesia,Plaza Indonesia.

We stayed for 2D1N and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The unit had a cockroach infestation and a persistent foul smell throughout the stay. We booked for 3 pax, but only 2 towels were placed on the bed. The additional towel found in the drawer was damp. The plates and cups were not properly cleaned, and the extra duvet had visible stains. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the air conditioner was leaking — we even had to empty the aircond water container ourselves. The listing was also misleading as it advertised 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, which was not as described. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. Would not recommend.

The building is excellent from outside but inside in the room is very dark from the decoration and smells from body and a lot of cockroaches

Location of the property was excellent, close to malls & street food. Bit pricey for the location. Overall accessible place in city centre. Hosts were responsive for my requirements.

Renting a studio apartment, one would expect at least some refreshments upon check-in. At least premix coffee/tea should have been provided. Wardrobe was cluttered with extra pillows, blankets, bedsheets etc, no place to keep clothing. Ceiling spot lights were dangling, Kitchen was not organized, dishes & cutlery were not placed properly. Toiletries washing & cleaning liquids were not adequate. Lobby to the pool & gym was not accessible.

Location was excellent, security and safe environment! Mohamed the helper was excellent and assisted us in every way!

Was dirty, cockroach infestation throughout the room, kitchen bench, cupboards, drawers. Cockroaches walking on floors and in bathroom. Shower head didn’t fit shower holder. Only one set of towels for one week stay. Air conditioning leaked water inside. The state of the apartment was poor and won’t be staying again!! Cutlery and crockery unkept and untidy. Washing machine leaked water on the bathroom floor. Shower drain didn’t drain so was like being in a pool every shower! Very dissatisfied!!
