Cosy 2 bedroom unit in Howick close to bus and supermarket

-Unpleasant smell in living room, kitchen area and bathroom/toilet throughout the stay -Poor air circulation, especially in the kitchen and bathroom where the bad smell was strongest -Dirty, oily, and barely operable kitchen ventilation fan -Entry curtain barely hanging -Unkempt, dirty, and broken kitchen appliance; e.g. missing and inoperable buttons and dials on stove -Worn pots and pans -Dusty & scratches in some furniture -Loose and unsecured shower head bar -Black mould on the shower box ceiling -Loud and unpleasant toilet pump noise when using water -Only one rubbish bin in the entire accommodation -No enough rubbish bags provided, only 3 pcs for the whole stay -No milk or basic amenities provided

It was easy to find. Good pressure in the shower. The place has a lot of potential with a little extra imput.

There was no milk in the fridge for a cup of tea. The lights were so bright they hurt your eyes. A lick of paint would cheer the place up. The beds would have been cosier with nice pillows and a fluffy duvet to snuggle into.

Good location for us tidy clean had everything we needed

Massive space if 4 people were to stay there! Was very warm and that shower was the strongest shower I’ve ever used! Would definitely stay here again as great value for money 😊

The facilities were really clean and the place was very organised. The neighbourhood was really quiet and was perfect to have a good rest.

I liked that Tom was on to any problems we had immediately & more than happy to sort them out. He is very obliging & nothing was too much trouble.

We didn’t have an oven just a cooktop, but they found us a used Air Fryer. Would be a good idea to either replace Air fryer with a new one or get Oven fixed.
