Lovely quiet location within walking distance to the marina , two nice restaurants beside the complex. Area around pool are is has plenty of space and kept very clean.

Jacky was a good host and filled us in on all the info we needed for our stay. We messaged him a few days later to ask about a key box we had found which is for the apartment in the cupboard next to the front door and he gave us the code straight away. This was really helpful as we only had one set of keys. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nice quiet location. Sun-beds and umbrellas by the pool were always available and free of charge.

There’s no safe in the property which could be a good addition. The air con unit leaked so we had to empty the water from the bucket that collects the dripping water and also mop the balcony as sometimes it flooded. The shower was nice and new however it leaked so the bath mat got wet every day and we had to hang it outside to dry after each shower. Luckily it was so hot that didn’t take too long! The curtain in the bedroom didn’t fit (Jacky was aware of this and pointed it out on our tour) which meant that the light came streaming in every morning as soon as the sun rose. They are aware of this and said it would be fixed in the winter when it’s off season. Although not sure how hard it would be to fix during the summer whilst it’s busy. We personally didn’t mind the location too much but it is a 20 minute walk into the marina (Ubers are cheap though so saves walking everytime). We paid our security deposit via PayPal. I had to remind Jacky about it after our stay, he refunded the deposit straight away but due to exchange rate it meant we were about £20 short. If you can do a cash deposit that will be better.

A lot of cockroaches not only outside apartment, but inside as well ❗️ Owner take fines for everything (if you are late, if your accidentally forgot the key inside of apartment etc.)
