Capo di Lucca Home - in the historical center with terrace

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl grfühlt. Alle Räume sind schön gestaltet, sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse haben wir morgens und abends sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine tolle Bäckerei, sowie ein hervorragendes Käsegeschäft gleich um die Ecke. Wir können die Adresse nur empfehlen!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sehr zentral. Die Terrasse liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem schönen Innenhof. Zum Kochen steht eine gute Ausstattung zur Verfügung. Zum Check in steht eine ausführliche Anleitung bereit. Wenn man sie aufmerksam liest, gibt es keine offnen Fragen.

Auf den ersten Blick schien alles sauber. Auf den zweiten Blick fiel uns allerdings viel auf, was mal wieder in Angriff genommen werden sollte. Die Terrasse war schmutzig und mit Blumentöpfen voller Unkraut, ein paar Stellen im Bad mit Schimmel, ungleiche Kaffeetassen,… Wir können die Unterkunft aber trotzdem empfehlen.

The terrace was spectacular - even nicer than the pictures. The place was clean, well-equipped (great shower), quiet, and convenient to restaurants and sights. We would definitely stay there again. Did we say the terrace was spectacular?

Öncelikle evin konumu harika. Maggiore meydanına, kulelere, birçok restorana, bara, mağazaya vs yürüme mesafesinde. Ev temiz ve konforlu. 2 kişi için konaklamaya uygun. Terası çok tatlı, sessiz ve huzurlu. Evde pek çok imkan mevcut. Kahvaltınızı, akşam yemeğinizi rahatlıkla evde hazırlayabilirsiniz.

Evle ilgili detaylı bir pdf el kitapçığı paylaşıldı. Ütünün yerinden, tabak çanağın, bardakların nerede durduğuna kadar fotoğraflarla detaylı bilgilendirme yapılmış. Ancak en önemli bilgilerden birine; havaalanından eve toplu taşıma ile nasıl ulaşılacağına yer verilmemiş. İki yabancı olarak havaalanında epey güçlük yaşadık. Her kafadan bir ses çıkıyordu. Tesisle ilgilenenlere mesaj attığımda ise 1 saat kadar görmediler. Dönüş yapıldığında eve ulaşmıştık. Diğer bir konu, evde sabun yoktu. Bırakılan küçük şampuanlarla elimizi yıkadık. Ayrıca ilk gün için 1 şişe su bırakılabilirdi. Bir de tek kullanımlık terlik bulundurulabilirdi.

La situación y la decoración. Tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado. Cocina grande y equipada.

Solicité ayuda el domingo con un corte de luz y no obtuve contestación hasta el día siguiente. Lo lleva una agencia y atienden en horario de oficina. No debe ser así.....si hay una urgencia deben contestar a la mayor brevedad. Hay un manual en la casa pero en datos de contacto solo venía el horario. En el teléfono que tienen en Booking no contesta nadie.

Localizare excelenta, foarte aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice si a restaurantelor. Apartament spatios, dotat cu tot ce este necesar, amenajat frumos si curat.Are o terasa interesanta, cu masa si scaune, cred ca vara este un loc grozav pt micul dejun sau pentru o seara la povesti.

Ni s-a cerut 40 de euro pentru check-in inainte de ora 13.30. In fiecare noapte, aproximativ intre ora 1 si 3, la etajul superior, cineva facea ff mult zgomot ca si cum ar fi mers cu bocanci prin camera.

Great apartment, very clean, with all necessary utilities (also with coffee, tea, sugar and etc.), very comfortable beds, and at a perfect location. Huge bonus is a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or have a meal before you go out to explore the city. Would love to stay at the Capo the Lucca again next time when I visit Bologna.

The communication with the host can improve, I had a feeling it was quite generic, and the second keys set would be great.
