Super Hotel O Palace Inn Near Don Bosco (Borivali) Metro Station

It was dirty Ac was not working Bed cover blankets was not clean Toilet was smelling bad Staff - helpful guys but unfortunately the building need an urgent renovation

All the amenities and the staff were very helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean

No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Some furniture needed updating

The rooms were in extremely bad conditions, insects were crawling on the floor. The bedsheets layed with cigarette burns which were later changed on request. No basic amenities like water, toilet supplies. While booking hotel description with something and actual rooms were totally different.

Rooms are under process of refurbishing. Few rooms are available but the work in progress is not suitable for guests.
