It was next to Underworld Tulum Dive Centre so location suited us. Beds were comfortable and washing machine was handy. Basic kitchen facilities including kettle, toaster and coffee machine. It was quiet

Initial instructions were a bit confusing. Key was in lockbox located outside the door but we were looking outside the apartment block.

Gorgeous condo. Nicely equipped. Full kitchen with everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Free bikes in locked area. Keys provided. Bedroom has King bed, comforter, bathrobes and super cold a/c. Huge, flat screen TV. 24/7 Security with electronic security gate. Wonderful, polite maintenance staff. Super large shower with lots of hot water. Plenty of towels. Liquid soap and shampoo provided. Washer/dryer combination. A real plus. Bring laundry pods from home. Drying rack and iron provided. Lots of parking. Quiet, residential area. Walking distance to elegant, chic' Hotel Bardo. Very pricey meals but well worth it. Go for lunch. Exquisite presentation. Wonderful owner who communicates and messages you to make sure you are comfortable. I cannot wait to return for a much longer stay. Great value for price and much better than a hotel.

I really like the design and aesthetic of the place. The host was very friendly too, and was quick to answer our messages. The initial bottle of water provided was a nice gesture too. The location was a bit off the central areas but there was a small cafe within walking distance and the city centre was a short drive away. We didn't use the special access rates to the nearby hotels, but we used the little pool on the roof and they were great to cool off from the heat. Overall, it was great value for money.

The property doesn't have a lift (which we knew before going there) but the chalk path that let to the stairs made it even more challenging to get our heavy bags to the apartment. Also, it would have been great if the living room had an air-conditioning unit too as it was very hot during our stay. Lastly, as per the hosts' message, I was expecting an indoor or at least an enclosed parking area as she mentioned that the property had secure parking but it was parking right in front of the property on the side of the road without any protection.

Spacious flat, tasteful interior design, good air conditioning, good washing machine with dryer function.

Bad location, not Tulum centro at all. Shops or restaurants are 10 mins walk away. Host was responsive sometimes but not often. The quilt has no cover and does not look clean. You need to buy and transport drinking water yourself except the first bottle provided by the host. No elevator. Luggage storage is not kept in locked space but open unmanned area. The taxi arranged by the host is more expensive than if you get it on street by yourself

The apt is gorgeous. Bed is very comfortable. The rooftop lounge pools were a nice treat to cool off on a hot day.

Would be nice if there was AC in the living room and not just the bedroom.

The connection to the hotel and its facilities was perfect and I loved that we had total privacy but also part of a community if we wanted it. We didn't have enough time to explore and use the bikes they had for us so I don't know about the rest. We should have booked for longer.

When we first walked in we felt at home and comfortable and the host made it all easy. The furnishings were so natural and beautiful. It was nice to have a pool and we met a few neighbors who we became friends with. We walked over and did yoga at the hotel, went snorkeling in the ocean, and rode the apartments bike around.

We were really happy so we just wished we had booked for longer.
