Higly recommended for location and facilities. Really close to the beach and there is a private pool in the building. There is a private parking too. Even if the apartment is in the centre of Los Cristianos (restaurants, bars, discos) is not so noisy and we could rest good!

The parking is not in the building but in a private parking next to it. To access it there are some instructions that I wish I had received before the check-in by email/whatsapp (how to collect the card and how to use it, the specific address of the parking, the pictures of the entrance), just to speed up the procedures.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fayser 108, it is right beside the beach, shops and restaurants but is very quiet at night . Our host Juan organised transfer to the airport for us as the Taxi I had prebooked cancelled within a few hours of our trip home. He was exceptionally helpful, his apartment is of a very high standard , I will definitely return there and recommend to friends.

Property had everything you needed, in excellent location two minutes from the beach and shops,the owner was very helpful showed us around the apartment and how everything worked, definitely will be going back next year
