Dairede mikrodalga fırın, su ısıtıcısı, kahve makinesi, çamaşır makinesi gibi ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey var. Konum olarak gezilebilecek yerlere 20 - 25 dakika mesafede ama şehri yürüyerek keşfetmek istediğiniz zaman bu mesafe sizi etkilemiyor. Farklı yollardan farklı noktalara gidebiliyorsunuz.

Das ruhige Viertel und trotzdem zentral und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Außerdem ein gepflegtes schönes altes Haus. 🏡 Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und es wurde alles gut erklärt.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Polecam zmienić skrytkę na klucze. Obecnie jest kawałek od mieszkania, za rynną, na ulicy gdzie... sikają psy. Nie jest to fajne miejsce.

It was a very good place. Very clean and smells good. Very near to the center so perfect.

Overall, the apartment was clean, and the towels and bed linen smelled fresh after washing (so I disagree with some of the comments) - I was missing a mid size towel to dry your hair. The equipment was sufficient for a short stay (however basic tea and coffee would be a nice addition), and the location was great, about a 20-minute walk to major attractions, the metro, and Helsinki Central Station. But still quiet and dark at night. The check-in process was very smooth, with clear photos making it easy to find the key and access the apartment, and for the price, it’s definitely a great value option.

The apartment is not the newest, and although it was clean, the bathroom clearly needs renovation. The shower curtain, bedspread, and even the spare bed linen in the closet should be replaced, as they showed visible wear and stains and you wouldn't like to have it near you. The fees for damages or losing the key are excessively high, and it feels unfair that this information is only shared right before arrival. Taking out the trash is understandable, but for a professionally managed property, clearer instructions (especially in English) would be expected. Also, there is no air conditioning, which could be an issue during the summer months.

I absolutely loved the location, in one direction, a beautiful walk along the water. I also loved the quiet time, it made relaxation much easier. I am very satisfied.

A downside to a peaceful place like this is the atmosphere of the building. It sometimes seemed too quiet and one wrong move and you would mess up something, joking of course.
