ESThe appartment has everything you need for your stay. the terrace is great! I do recommend this place to stay in this area. it is just 10 minutes walk to the beach. If you have a car, it is easy to park around and safe.

GBLocated just a 10 minute walk from the tram and bus stop it was very easy to get to from alicante. Lots of local shops and supermarkets close by and an easy 10 minute walk to beach with lovely restaurants. The apartment is clean with all the equipment for a good stay and a very attractive outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air and relax. Comfy bed with good storage spaces for clothes. Very large television and good sized fridge freezer in kitchen. Very helpful owner responded quickly to any questions.
CZThe appartment is decently sized, ideal for 2 people. The bathroom is ideal size as well, and it includes a bidet! The best thing about this appartment is the cleanliness. Everything was spotless, smelled nice and in general was super-clean. There was Disney+ available on the TV, the couch was comfy. The terrace was a nice add on.
During the night we could hear the neighbors. It wasnt terrible, it was just something we are not used to, since we live in a house.

GBNice spacious flat near Alicante. Easy to check in and good off-street underground parking. WiFi worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. Good value for money in January.
