Review Title: Terrible Experience at BS Palace - Fake Ratings on Booking.com I recently stayed at a hotel listed on Booking.com as “Super O” in Lucknow, but in reality, the actual name was BS Palace. The experience was horrendous, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place. 1. Misleading Information: The hotel name on Booking.com is deceptive. It’s not “Super O” but BS Palace, which already raises red flags. 2. Paid Breakfast, No Service: I paid for breakfast during my booking, but no breakfast was provided. This is unacceptable and felt like outright fraud. 3. Horrible Room and Toilet: The room and toilet were in extremely bad condition—filthy, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. We complained about dirty toilet. Cigarette was seen on drain net in toilet floor! 4. Dirty Bedding: The bed cover and blanket were dirty, covered in stains. The blanket was so disgusting it felt like something you’d expect in the worst kind of brothel. Opened condom was found in bed cupboard! 5. No Hot Water or Heating: Lucknow is cold in winter, but there was no hot water for a shower and no functioning hot AC. It was a miserable experience. 6. Fake Discount and Ratings: Booking.com claims a 55% discount for Genius Level 3 clients, but this is just bogus marketing. The hotel is substandard, and the ratings are clearly fake. 7. Noisy: High level of noise out side room even at 2am! People were making party with loud noise next to our room! This hotel is a disgrace, and its listing on Booking.com undermines the platform’s credibility. Booking.com should thoroughly review and remove such terrible properties from its listings. Selling such accommodations to genuine clients is a betrayal of trust. My advice: DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s terrible in every way possible. Booking.com must take responsibility and ensure better quality control to protect its users.
