There is 58% fees and charges not mentioned in the booking.com prices. This is non refundable booking, after we clicked reserved it charges 58% more than original prices. Only after reservation completed, there is email with prices breakdown, which include rm100 for cleaning fees. This is such a fraud, and these charges should be mentioned somewhere in the listing/booking PRIOR to customer proceed with non refundable booking. Mind you that this breakdown is not even available in the apps after the booking completed. I tried to get the prices refunded, but both booking.com and the propert wont entertain my refund. Please avoid using the apps or even with the property at all cost

The guard did not allow to park in visitor although there lots of parking unless you pay them

It is spacious and equipped with everything. I like the idea that kitchen utensils and washing machines are provided. The tv and wifi works well. The best part is, the place is so peaceful, safety measures were good and Tamarind square is so close by. Feels like home

The window on the bathroom not really close. The guard in that facility is not friendly and dificult to talk
