I loved the location and the size of the rooms. I liked the directions to find the accommodation. It was really easy to find.

There was no hot water and no instructions to turn it on. I did find the boost eventually but after my husband had had a cold shower. The shower head was also a little broken and water was coming out of the side. The WiFi was not good. It wasnt great on our phones but the apps on the TV buffered so we couldn't watch a film.

Every room was spacious and lovely, beds comfy, very clean. Location was brilliant too everything about 10 minute walk away from the doorstep.

Nothing to dislike

Had everything we needed, good communication throughout, knew exactly where the property was located. Deposit came back in 48 hrs. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits.

WiFi horrendous couldn't watch anything, stated it was 3 beds, but was actually 2 beds and a sofa bed in lounge, which was stained no matress protector on it, weird noise coming from the fridge the whole stay which kept us awake at night, plus the ticking clock which also didnt work, thin duvet which wasn't warm for the cold night, only 1 pillow left out for the sofa bed, and a hole in the duvet cover with missing buttons, sofas have seen better days. No sweetners in the complimentary tray.

It was very comfortable , plenty of space, everything we needed was there. Very good location.

Grill was very slow. A George forman would be a asset.

Location and price, hosts were very good with communication

It was freezing cold, small radiators took ages to warm the accommodation, we did not make hosts aware so could have been something we were doing wrong. Dirty cushions on sofa, and sofa cushions on one of the couches were loose. Location is great for everywhere you need, however the smell of cannabis from surrounding streets was strong day and night. We did not notify hosts of any of this so again we did not give them a chance to rectify
