La struttura era in una ottima posizione.

Box doccia vecchio e rotto. La porta scorrevole non si chiudeva. Camere piene di zanzare. Abbiamo ucciso minimo una decina. Tende e muri sporchi delle zanzare uccise dagli ospiti precedenti. Capelli sulle lenzuola. Lenzuola e tende bucate. Zanzariere non funzionanti.

The location is the only thing that I would save about this place.

The list is long. No staff apart from a couple of hours in the morning. No breakfast, even if it's classed as a B&B. All the furniture and fittings are either broken or dated. The fridge didn't work. The a/c didn't work. We arrived very late at night and the morning after, the staff was banging on the door, trying to use a different key to open for at least 10 minutes until I told them we were in the room and to leave us alone as we were sleeping. They expected us to be out at 10 am so they were about to kick the door down!!! They have never asked for our passports until the minute we checked out (5 days later) which is illegal in Italy and I complained about with Booking.com but not much has happened. Last night we stayed there, (cherry on the cake) there was a disco party hosted on the roof (directly above us) with security at the ground floor and tickets being sold, like it was a club and not a B&B!!! The really loud music and the people coming up/down/walking/dancing stopped at 3 am. Appalling service, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to AVOID this place at all costs, and to report the many false info that they have on their profile on booking.com, as all you will find is a set of stairs with many doors and nobody to tell you anything, if you arrive after 12 pm.

The location was great and there's plenty of lovely restaurants that are an easy 5-10 minute walk away and cheaper than the more touristy ones in Oritgia.

These are just basic rooms with no additional facilities available and even the roof terrace was inaccessible for much of the day (you can only use the lift between 8am and 1pm when there is someone on reception). The rooms were large and clean but very noisy, one of the lights gave an electric shock every time it was switched on or off and a heavy curtain rail completely fell down when opening the curtains. The room was listed as having a mini bar but there was only a noisy empty fridge with mould inside and the description of the junior suite is misleading - it does have two separate bedrooms and a living room but the 'living room' is one of the two bedrooms. The room was cleaned every day but the shampoo and shower gel packets were not regularly replenished and all our personal items were moved and often put in cupboards or suitcases making them difficult to find!
