Area is run down. Communication before the stay, about getting into the house not very good. Not enough mugs, no glasses, no frying pan, no tea towel.

There was no information given on how to get the keys to this property . I tried emailing a few days before with no response. I sent the owner a text on the morning of our arrival asking about checkin , I eventually got a phone call back to say ' oh how many people is it for, I will call you back '. No call back, so I had to send several more texts and make several unanswered calls before I had a call back to say to ring 20 mins before arrival, and he would meet us. Obviously no answer again when I did this, eventually he answered to say someone would meet us at the property, 1 hour later and more unanswered calls (19 calls in total) we got in to the building. Even our Uber driver said, "So how long did you have to wait to get the keys to this property!!!" The property was very badly equipped with no dishes, plates , glasses, cooking utensils etc there was 4 cups and 1 pan.
GBGot to the house, landlord said didn't have our booking. Tried to move us to a different place but didn't have keys and wasn't ready. Ended up booking a hotel instead and still no refund!! Do not book!!

Key collection a little delayed.
GBThe house is clean and well furnished. Large rooms throughout with comfortable beds, modern kitchen bathrooms and living room. Very pleased with the price and value here. You won't be disappointed.
Arranging key collection was a little harder than you'd expect. The second floor toilet was blocked on arrival. Could do with more cups, plates and cutlery considering it can sleep 8.

Trying to arrange the check-in was stressful. I messaged 3 days before to understand the check-in process with no answer. I also messaged several times on the day of and no answer. Tried calling 4 times with no answer, so we travelled over having no idea if we'd be able to access the house. We arrived, and he finally answered on my 5th call. There was no apology when he arrived, too.

Not a single bad word to be said about this house from top to bottom it has had some amount of effort and work put into this place it really is amazing
