Jeden den pobytu byl v provozu pouze jeden výtah pro 53 patrový hotel. Manažer hotelu nebyl příliž nápomocen a paní recepční ta nevěděla vůbec nic.

Difficult to get into late at night

Our flight arrived at 11.30 at night so we didn’t get to the room until 1 in the morning they charged me $30 late check in fee , and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room and there was no where to get any at that time, really bad form

Läget var toppen och det var häftigt att bo på 36e våningen och titta på utsikten, vilket väger upp för mycket av det negativa listat nedan. Poolområdet var fint men det var väldigt kallt i poolen. Köket var jättebra. Nära till affärer, Viharamahadevi park och till gallerian CCC.

Den lägenheten vi fick liknade inte alls bilderna. Det var kalt och trist inrett, och belysningen var antingen ingen alls eller full styrka. Inga sänglampor överhuvudtaget. Enligt bilderna var rummen mysigt inredda och vi blev därför lite besvikna. Stark röklukt när vi kom också. Lägenheten var också i behov av lite fix, då väggarna var väldigt slitna på sina ställen. En grovstädning skulle också behövas, då det var rätt sunkigt på sina ställen i lägenheten. Hårda sängar. Kanske att det är bättre om man får en av de andra lägenheterna.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped; although one bedroom is slightly smaller, the apartment is beautiful overall. The amazing view and proximity to attractions and stores are a big plus. The kitchen has some equipment, and there's a large TV with working Netflix.

Kitchen could be equipped a bit more. We wanted a second card to access the elevator because previous guests lost one, but unfortunately this request was ignored; however, it was not a big problem.

We had booked 2 nights, the check in time was from 11 am, I informed the manager that we will arrive approximately at 5-6 pm and when we arrived at 5:30 we still had to wait one hour till our appointment was cleaned. Also we couldn’t use the pool because there were only 3 sunbeds and they were taken. Other than that the apartment is ok.
