PEN-Y-FAN HOLIDAY CABIN - GLAN GWNA HOLIDAY PARK SNOWDONIA

Great location – close to everything we needed. The swimming pool was a real bonus in the heat! The property was clean and had all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay.

One downside: we weren’t informed beforehand that the electricity was on a top-up meter. When we arrived, it was already in emergency credit, so we ended up having to top it up ourselves — effectively paying for the previous guests’ usage. This was frustrating and should be made clear in the listing. Overall, still a pleasant stay, but future guests should be made aware of the electricity setup.

The cutlery could have done being cleaned before we got there. The oven was just dirty, and the shower curtain needed replacing as it's really badly stained

Lovely site, good location

The Internet didn't stay on longer than 5 minutes at a time, which meant loss of tv and phone. The cabin could do with a bit of tlc.

Great location. TV and internet worked well. Living room heater was good.

Window in the back bedroom failed to close \ lock. Beds were uncomfortable. Disappointed to be advised after booking, before checking in that electricity has to be paid for separately as an additional cost. Awful shower pressure, temperature very difficult to adjust. Kitchen utensils and equipment could do with expanding and updating, very limited.

Bathroom gets steamed up and hard to dry out

The property was damp & very cold, the towels were damp & when we woke up the floors were wet & we nearly slipped over.
