I couldn't find the breakfast area.

No hand soap in bathroom. No shampoo/conditioner. Lamp was broken in bedroom. There were no pics of the bedroom on site. Events listed as far as karaoke and live bands never happened.

Resort had plenty to do, view was great. Would definitely stay again!

Dishwasher didn't work, TV was stuck on demo mode, washer smelt like mold

Location was great! Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Room has phenomenal views of ocean and waterpark. Room had some updates. Elevators in the south tower were super fast! Bars and coffee shop were great! The ladies in the South Tower desk were very friendly and helpful. Liked the indoor pools as there were much warmer. The air conditioner and coffee pot broke - the issues were fixed promptly when brought to hotel staff attention.

Check in was not pleasant, the lady couldn't find our reservation and then treated me poorly - she was very flustered and seemed unfamiliar with computers. The room needed to be cleaned better - the T.V. stand had a ton of dust, there was a giant wad of hair in the shower drain (we noticed before we showered). The floors had been swept but not mopped - we would shower, and half hour later our feet were dirty. Clothes washer full of mildew- packed light with two kids and then had to do laundry elsewhere. My comforter on my bed was full of stains. Outdoor pools were freezing. Didn't let these things ruin our stay but we won't be back.

No Internet connection, and signal was horrible for verizon and US cellular. Garage gate system was not convenient for Motorcycle riders. AC malfunctioned for 3 days of the stay. The company that

The property has good location on the bright side

I didn’t know this was owned by a timeshare owner. Do not waste your time . Room was terribly dirty so uncomfortable we wanted to check out . There is absolutely no parking to where people were even parking in the no parking zones . Elevator chaos . List goes on. The only good thing about this room was the view but there’s plenty better options out there. Again Please don’t waste your time And do not book from Cindy if you see her name linked to time share rooms .

room was not cleaned very well. for example, coffee table in TV looked like it had not been cleaned since previous occupant. Lights did not work very well. Condo did not have a very good smell, something in-between cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke.

Close to the beach, feels like your home and not at a typical hotel, prime location for also shopping and going to eat.
