Bonne situation géographique, très belle terrasse, parking à disposition

Extrêmement bruyant, il n’y a que des gens qui font la fête dans tous les appartements, donc nuit blanche, canapé-lit qui n’était pas fait, et il n’y avait pas de draps pour le faire

"ערב חג ראש השנה עם חוויה קשה. ערב שני דירה נעימה."

הדירה השנייה שעברנו אליה ביום השני הייתה מאובזרת הייטב ובמצב טוב, מעוצבת יפה ונקייה.

הייתה לנו חוויה מאוד קשה מהדירה הראשונה: ראשית התמונות כלל לא תאמו את המציאות: ספה ישנה ומרופטת, אין שולחן סלון, קומקום שבור, ריח זוועתי של טחב בכל הדירה, ל א נ ר ד מ נ ו כל הלילה בגלל הריח הנורא שנבע מהמקלחת (שם הייתה רטיבות מהתקרה ומכונת כביסה מסריחה ממש), בקיצור חוויה קשה מאוד ערב חג ראש השנה ! מעט מאוד כלים להגיש ארוחה, כלים לא נקיים, מקרר עומד עקום, על הבוקר למחרת ביקשנו דירה חלופית, נמצאה בסוף דירה חלופית ללא ריח, דירה יפה נקיה ומאובזרת היטב, חבל מאוד שלא קיבלנו מראש דירה שכזו, אני מצטערת על הביקורת הקשה, זו הייתה חוויה שהשאירה טעם רע, למרות שלמחרת הועברנו לדירה טובה, אנו מקוים שההבטחה שהדירה תשופץ ושאף משפחה לא תצטרך לעבור חוויה שכזו.

מיקום נהדר, חדרים מרווחים, מקלחת טובה

המטבח לא מספיק מאובזר, חשוב לשעת שבחלק מהדירות המרפסת יוצאת מחדר השינה. חסר בסלון עוד כורסא - כסא שאפשר יהיה לשבת ביחד

דירה נהדרת! גדולה, נוחה, מאובזרת. מיקום מעולה בכרם התימנים, ממש מעל שוק הכרמל וקרוב מאוד לים, מרחק הליכה של כמה דקות. יש חניה תת קרקעית בבניין בחינם שזה ממש נפלא! יש מרפסת גדולה ומפנקת. ומכונת כביסה. הבעלים נענו לכל בקשה שלנו או צורך בפתרון בעיה במהירות ונדיבות. נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה שלנו בדירה!

לא ניתן להחשיך את הדירה ברוב החדרים, דבר שהפריע לנו ולילדים לישון עד מאוחר. היו חסרים קצת כלי בישול, מכסים לסירים וכד'. חוץ מזה היה נהדר.

מיקום מושלם, ליד הים, שוק הכרמל ותחבורה ציבורית נגישה. פסיליטיס מצויין.

צריך לשפר את הנגישות למפתחות של החדרים והחניה, נמצא בתוך "כספת" קטנה ולא הכי נוחה לתפעול.

Квартира прекрасная! Очень и очень чистая и красивая. Есть мамад. Все очень близко: пляж, кофейни, рестораны! Классный балкон.
