"Pathetic behaviour of owner"

The owner Raj and his team member Kavya are really bad at keeping their commitments. First of all they keep the availability of accommodation and after having a confirmed booking of their property they cancel our booking. I have faced this issue twice with them according to their rude ethics of hospitality. Once you become their regular stayer and they dont have a single fault of a stayer in their hands they block to book us on booking.com with a reason “YOU CANNOT BOOK BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS INCIDENT” and later when I confronted his team member kavya and owner raj they do not have even that much courtesy to even reply. So I would not recommend this property to anyone as owner and his team are not capable of understanding a customer.

Really comfortable flat with ample car parking and amenities. Easy check in process and the hosts were friendly. We stayed here for a night with family and it felt like home.
