Very clean, good price and fantastic location.

The area in front garden was quite messy which was off putting but once in the flat it was immaculate.

"Everything there to make you feel at home"

Modern, comfortable, clean & quiet. Everything there to make you feel at home including little extras. We were visiting family who live close by so it was the perfect location for us. The hosts were a phone call away should we have needed to contact them. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the stay, apartment was very clean, very homely, coffee, snacks, towels, toiletries, it was like home from home stay, everything was thought through to give guests an enjoyable stay. Great location, free parking, very quiet street day/night. Would most definitely stay again and would recommend.

Everything was great, no disappointments.

Liebevoll modern und gut ausgestattet. Schönes welcome Paket. Waschmaschine top. Kommunikation auch. Mega freundlich und schnell.

Nachbarn unten etwas laut- aber nur kurz. Also nicht wirklich tragisch.

Unique little gem, don't hesitate to book - clear and prompt communications with the owners.. Very clean accommodation. We arrived on a hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of still water bottles in the fridge and little sweet treats on a site. Coffee machine and capsules are also provided. One of us had a birthday, and the host had left a bottle of Prosecco, which was a really nice touch. Perfect location for exploring Leigh on Sea and Westclife on Sea, not far away from Southend.
