USThe apartment was clean and spacious - so many closets- and close to everywhere we wanted to go! We went with my sister and her husband and having the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was wonderful! All of the rooms were very comfortable, the bedding & pillows were great! The balcony was great- we never got a chance to check out the outside fun area but it looked fantastic!! Communication was great giving us info, codes, a link to great places to eat nearby. They thought of everything- leaving us coffee to make, water bottles, snacks and a copy of the parking pass in case we were unable to print one out. An all out exceptional experience- would highly reccomend, would definitely come back again or look into their other rental options. A definite 10/ out 10!!!

USGBLocation is in a great part of of town for dining, having a large number of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk, probably better than anywhere else in Providence. The apartment is fully equipped and could easily accommodate two couples. The second bedroom is self contained upstairs in the apartment and is large large with an ensuite bathroom. Parking for one vehicle is in a lot about 150 feet from the apartment and is visible from the apartment.
USUSUSUSVery comfortable and perfect in every way. My niece and I were in Providence for a cheer competition (we are owner and coach) and we absolutely loved the penthouse! We are hoping to stay here again next year. The little place across the street, Irregardless, has fantastic food! We really enjoyed our stay.
