great base right in the centre of Edinburgh. easy to walk into the city, also on a good bus route. great nights sleep, comfy bed and quiet location. good to have cafes/restaurants/food shops within walking distance. lovely area

Fantastic location, walking distance to the centre of Edinburgh, the Botanical gardens and Stockbridge which is a must visit with lots of independent shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. The flat was clean, cosy and perfect for our escape! Really central location but quiet and peaceful. Really comfy bed and nicely furnished flat. We will be back!

Good location and overall a good apartment with decent amenities.

The bed was broken when we arrived and we were not informed beforehand. The company did not find a solution besides a refund which would leaves us without accomodation. The solution found, matress on the floor, was provided by us and not the company. They gave us a 15% discount which was considerable low taking into consideration the price by night.

"Quiet, clean, warm and spacious for one person."

Quiet, warm and spacious for one person. Very clean and tidy too. All mod cons needed were there. Lots of instructions for appliances were there (except fridge and shower). Comfortable big bed. Lots of storage for clothes, etc. Staff were very helpful whenever I phoned them. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Having a #2 on the front door confused me on arrival, as I was looking for #1. The front door stuck on entrance the 2nd night and I struggled to get in. (The staff were great though when I phoned them and sent someone to check it the next day) I found the shower difficult to use as it was always too hot. The fridge was turned up too high and froze all my food the first night. (I'll know to check that the next time).
