The view

Check out time 11:00 they canceled my key card at 9:00 couldn't get back in my room the woman at the front desk told me to go find the cleaning lady to get back in my room found her a half hour later after walking the whole hotel twice .missed break fast looking for her the TVs in the room didn't work they said they couldn't fix that .real bad time for me and my family the bill had a 27$ charge no one could explain .I want my money back all of it !!!!

Clean.

Bath tub is too high and almost fell getting out. No handles to hold on to either. When I stepped out my other foot in the tub slipped. Not enough towels for 4 people. Ice machine only on first floor

Comfy beds! A lot of room space! Nice pool room! Breakfast was hot, yummy and fulfilling! Staff was excellent!

The room key card was deactivated before we checked out the next morning, couldn’t get back in the building and the room

Breakfast was good, hot and adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well supplied with towels, etc.

Could have used a chair to lounge in besides the desk chair. Access to water in the lounge was limited to when breakfast was available.
