Flat 2 Beautiful one bed flat in the famous Brighton Lanes

Good location. Decent size for two people. Modern kitchen.

Pre-booked parking had been double booked and difficult to contact to resolve. Parking was charged for 4 days for a 3 night stay. Very uncomfortable bed, hardly slept. Very noisy, certainly not sound-proofed as advertised in facilities description. Bedroom window wouldn't close fully so noisy at the rear, especially with all night roadworks taking place directly outside. Tea/Coffee facility was old coffee in a jar that had changed colour it was so old, no sugar. TV had limited channels, just channels with ancient repeats. Wifi listed in arrival info book did not exist. Complimentary toiletries was a half used ladies shower gel left in the shower. Water temperature was set to as low as you could get away with without being classed as 'cold', so couldn't have a decent shower. Not a spacious bathroom as advertised. Listed as having air conditioning, which I don't think it has. Lots of stairs to access the flat. We stay in this area of Brighton on a regular basis, we won't be booking this again.

Great location

There were too many steep stairs for people with luggage or mobility issues and should be made very clear on the app. There was no hot water for the shower it could only be used at luke warm temperature. You couldn’t access any normal UK TV channels on the TV screen. Make people aware about noisy all night drunken partying and fighting noise front and back of property. I believe it did not have an obvious microwave oven.

Central location - easy to get everywhere.

Quite noisy but then again the apartment is situated in The Lanes

Super easy access to both the beach and the lanes. The living area and kitchen is lovely space with lots of natural light.

Lots of street noise at night if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Noise continued until 3am. The main bed was really uncomfortable for us. Just didn’t feel like very good quality. There are three sets of stairs to access the property. Not terrible but they are annoying if you’ve overpacked 😅
