Ideally situated close to centre Beds were comfy and showers were hot Handy umbrella for the wet weather we had Lots of kitchen equipment although not used by us

Couldn’t fathom out the controls for air conditioning as it was a bit cold in apartment at times

Apartment was clean and of a good standard . Position was great ! Good T.V. facilities and Wifi . .

The cooking facilities were very poor , I requested a microwave oven with full oven and grill and was assured it would be there but it wasn't . The cooking utensils were very poor and basic , no sharp knives etc . . the pots and pans were out of the ark . . The kettle was ancient and unusable . . The toaster kept tripping the electric supply . . We were supposed to have a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival that wasn't there ! There wasn't even salt and pepper which was advertised to be there , no cleaning cloths for bathroom or kitchen . . The electric oven top was finicky to operate and was either too hot or slow to heat up . . The sitting out area wanted scrubbing thoroughly and the old rickety table and chairs wanted desperately replacing . . Shall I go on . . It's a great shame , this place could be everything you need for a perfect holiday and yet it isn't because of what seems to be a reluctance to spend any money on the property . . This was our second visit both for a minimum of two weeks but i can't see us ever returning . .

Spacious; kitchen and bathroom to modern standard. Lounge area for TV comfortable and excellent lighting. Storage more than sufficient and plentiful towels and toiletries. Communication with hosts excellent and a new drying rack provided within a few hours! The hosts run over 70 apartments so they are super responsive. Deposit refund arrived the next day of return. Checkout extended to meet our needs. Lifts always clean and great range of local shops and cafes.

Balcony had not been cleaned and access a very difficult security method requiring nimble fingers. Pigeons abound and neighbouring apartments have waving devices on balcony rail as deterrent but not this apartment which made it a target thus balcony was not useable! Bedroom 1 mattress springs reaching their sell by date. No smoke alarm, fire blanket/extinguisher or evacuation instructions. Coffee table too small. Roller blind lounge window broken and in the down position. A few hours maintenance will improve the property substantially.

Great location. Easy short walk to buses and trains. Plenty of shops/restaurants/pubs close by, already missing the home cooking from the chicken shop!! Good communication with the agents. Comfortable apartment for two people. Good storage in the double bedroom.

Only enough hot water for one shower then a 20 minute wait for the heater to warm some more. No instructions for appliances. Old towels need replacing. Balcony not pleasant, covered in bird droppings but it is a city accommodation on a busy street. No oven. Not enough sockets in the kitchen, have to unplug and swap things around constantly. Tiny little kitchen not made for cooking but plenty of cheap options nearby for eating. Single bed needs a better mattress.

super close to the centre - nice area and felt very safe. The appartmnet was on the first floor with air con in all rooms and fitted to a high standanrd. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

It’s a beautiful little apartment near shops and a supermarket. Beds were clean and comfy.

It was too far away from the beach, I’d gotten the impression that it was right next to it.

The apartment is good and in the center of the town. It is well-equipped and has a terrace. Wifi is good. It would deserve a very good review if it were not for the things mentioned below. See them and do not expect a proper attitude as the host is punctual only when they require the client to adapt to their rules and pay irrelevant fees like a check-in fee.

A niche intended to be used for a closet is offered as an extension bedroom. Still is not a negative, but just make sure you understand that the apartment has one bedroom only. There was body hair on the floor all over the apartment. I have sent pictures the the host, but they did not do anything and did not bother even to apologize. I did not receive a response to my messages and emails I have sent to the host, asking him to address the issues we have experienced! This is the most unhelpful, unfriendly, and unattentive host, I have ever dealt with through Booking.com. We have been charged a €35 late check-in fee after 9 pm (We came at 9.30 PM). I have specifically asked the host if I can send someone to pick up the keys earlier and they said "Yes". Then did not give the keys to the person, formally justifying that with the fact that we did not enter their proprietary system to upload copies of our ID cards. We would have done that a few hours later after the check-in. At the end of the day, I have already paid a €100 deposit fee and Booking.com has all our details. A representative of the host came and collected a €35 late check-in fee, that was not accounted for. It was money in hand. If the host is so punctual, one that follows procedures, they should have issued invoices and not collected money on hand. It looks like they just really want to charge an additional fee and found a tricky way to do that. Most hosts offer self-check-in, but this one doesn't. You depend on their schedule! The host charges a €100 deposit, which is a bit weird because you do self-check-out.

Apartment was spotless and host was very helpful. Location was perfect
