The staff working there is super friendly

The wifi doesn’t reach the rooms, no hot water, bad smell in the rooms. Shower has little to no water pressure. Very rude owner that gives you no privacy

The owner is very pleasant, respectful, and always helpful—also flexible with any request. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed, and I absolutely loved it. Drinking water is provided (both hot and cold), and there’s a kitchenette with utensils and a stove if you’d like to cook. You’re also free to use the kitchen fridge, which makes the stay even more convenient. It's basically a shared house with rooms in it. You can sit in the common sala and outside balconies.

The location is great and the owner is pleasant and very helpful. However, I believe the property would benefit from some improvements and regular maintenance to make guests’ stay more comfortable. Bed Wooden frame is a bit unstable and makes squeaky sounds. Sink Faucet isn’t functioning well and the water flow is quite weak. Toilet & Bathroom No water heater or bidet. Toilet bowl and some fixtures are quite old (for example, the soap holder tilts when used). The toilet was not fully clean when I checked in, but the staff kindly helped when I requested cleaning. I also noticed some spiders and webs that could be addressed with regular upkeep. Room No mirror or trash bin inside. General cleanliness and hygiene could be improved. 💡 Note: The studio-type room I booked did not have hot water, so future guests may want to double-check before booking. The one that has that feature (which is more expensive). Overall: This property has potential and with better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, it could offer a much more comfortable stay.

We liked the location because it was near the markets and tourist area. The owner and staffs were kind and helpful

The rooms has dog lices everywhere especially the bathroom wall and beds. The accommodation were good but there were a lot of dog lices.

The location, place is dirty. Sheets appears to be not clean.

Affordable and quite

The toilet is not so clean, and the toilet has a moisture odor due to poor air exhaust circulation. Need to put exhaust fan.
