Muchos códigos ,complicados de recordar

Die Ausstattung war toll, die Betten sehr bequem, die Lage, die Sauberkeit. Werde wieder dort buchen. Meine Tochter wohnt in den nächsten 4 Jahren eine Straße weiter, d.h. ich werde wahrscheinlich (mit noch anderen Leuten) öfter dort buchen.

Die Fußbodenheizung war schwierig. Die letzten 1,5 Tage ging die Heizung nicht mehr an, die letzte Nacht und den letzten Morgen hatte ich nur noch 18 Grad im Zimmer. Am 1. Tag als ich rein kam waren 28 Grad, das fand ich übertrieben, aber 18 Grad war mir zu kalt.

The location in relation to the town was good and the kitchen and dining room facilities were really good.

The shower in the bathroom had no shelf for soap or shampoo which had to be put on the floor. Water leaked out under the shower door onto the bathroom floor. The bedroom was warm but it was possible to open the windows. However the noise from outside was extremely loud from a nearby club, cars and people on the street. Sleeping was difficult until about 3.00 am!

It's an absolutely beautiful building and the rooms are plenty big.

On the first night, when flushing the toilet the sewage water came up from the shower and did not run away anymore. Thankfully we were able to reach the contact person, who came over right away. Another room was provided and thus a solution found. But it was really not pleasant... I fear that when renovating this place some corners were cut... you see this in other places as well. And if all the rooms had been occupied we'd have had a very very unpleasant situation on our hands. You cannot make the room completely dark because there isn't any real curtains, only some flimsy see-through ones, which also fell down at some point during the night since it's a bar that's wedged between the two sides. We had one or two lamps that didn't work, the fan provided is cheap and noisy and no fridge is provided.

Una casona antigua rehabilitada, con mucho encanto. Todo nuevo, muy limpio y muy cómodo y acogedor. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Alcalá!!

Un pequeño fallo es que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación, o no supimos actovarlo
