The location is convenient, with basic shops, a milk shop, and several restaurants within 1 km. The homestay is especially suitable for families and for those who prefer a calm and quiet stay. Although the owner requests prepayment, there is no need to worry, as the address and location maps were shared one day before our arrival. From my experience, the easiest way to reach the homestay from the airport or train station is by booking an Uber. Mr. Yogendra Pratap Singh guided us with the route and other arrangements—he is very kind and helpful. One of the biggest advantages of this homestay is that food is never a concern. The caretaker, Aslam, is a wonderful person. He asked us what we would like for breakfast or dinner and prepared it accordingly—everything was delicious. Since the kitchen is available, families with children can also prepare simple meals themselves. Both Aslam and Yogendra helped us with many things and made our stay very comfortable. My child became friends with Aslam and really enjoyed his variety of dishes. Overall, it was a pleasant and homely experience.

Pure scam. There is nothing ratger than the fancy fake photos uploaded by the owner. It was a bait and when we booked a gentle man call me in whatsapp. The location of the property cant acess he sent me a link and ask me to pay money. Everywhere was full and we badly need a room so we sent money.

the property is a scam itself. when we enter the house. some one is drinking tea and coffee inside the house. They disnt mention its a shared apaprtment. everywhere was a foul smell. and we can see old clothes and broom inside the entrance. when it came to the room bed was from 19th century and pillow from 18th. I think they dont even wash after the last guest left. Bathroom was a drama. When we go to the kitchen it was like a road side hotel. And absolutely no parking. You can park on the road side at your own risk. The property is very old and the photos are fake. My family doesnt feel safe so we dont want to check in but the owner didnt refund the money. I request for a refund and left after some time i see the propery was again up for reservation. If you want to avoid scam dont book this. The best part is the caretaker is also simply roaming inside the house. As a family from kerala we dont think so this is a standard place. more over He asked for a review even before check in. This is how he got all the reviews.

The Ambiente was classical, old British house, the area is really silent and still close to conaught place. The host, Aslam, is a lovely person taking care of everything. If someone prefers privately atmosphere instead of a normal Hotel, you are right here. If you love India like me but wish a silent place for the night, you are right here.

The ambience was beautiful. The place is cozy just like your home. Aslam ji makes amazing food and makes you feel at home. The booking is hassle free with Vicky ji. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sangivicky’s Airbnb! The property is located in a beautiful, posh neighborhood of South extension, just a short walk away from shops and cafes. The internet speed was excellent, which was a huge plus since both my wife and I were working remotely during our stay. One of the absolute highlights was Sangivicky's adorable and super-friendly nature! The breakfast was simply amazing. Every morning, there was something new and delicious with an amazing variety! Sangivicky himself was the loveliest host, welcoming, generous, and incredibly accommodating. he even let us stay until our bus departure, which was quite late in the evening. The entire home is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, with charming touches everywhere you look. You can really tell a lot of love and care has gone into creating a comfortable space for guests. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation! I truly have no words to describe how amazing my stay with Sangivicky. hospitality and unconditional love they share with everyone is so special I will treasure this experience in my heart forever as other reviews mentioned the food Aslam makes is out of this world but I was also so fortunate to store around with them in many local temples and festivities I would definitely recommend to stay with them at least once and you probably won't want to give anywhere else next time you are in the area I know that is definitely true. South extension near market area and is perfect for solo travellers. large room has everything, I felt safe there.
