The location is excellent as shops, food court, cafes and cinema is just a few steps away within the same building. Budget, family and wheelchair friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean, complete and fully-functional. The host is helpful and friendly. Service is efficient: check-in and check-out processes are very easy.

Swimming pool was not available for non-residence at the time of checking in. We had a hard time with the television at first but was resolved later with some directions from the host.

New, modern and comfortable furniture. We had 4 adults and 3 children and it was perfect for a large group like ours. There were 2 toilets/showers, a sufficiently equipped kitchen and free parking. Bedroom configuration was 1 large (fit 3 adults), 1 medium (fit 2 adults) and 1 small (fit 1 adult). The host communicated well throughout the stay and was easy to reach via WhatsApp. The location was great, especially with the adjoining vivacity mall. I would thoroughly recommend this homestay over others that I have seen on booking.com in Kuching. This one ticked all the boxes and the competitive price made it even more appealing.

Cozy and clean! The aircond is cold, I love it! The host is friendly too to guard me. Just above the viva city mall, it’s really convenient! Recommended to stay here!
