Had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spacious with beautiful views, and having a mall with great restaurants downstairs was super convenient. The pool and gym were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Surabaya!

"Good place to stay with the big family and if you like to stay in the city centre for shoppin"

Location in the city centres. Apartment connected with the shopping mall.

Landlord doesn’t always respond to request for towels, lightbulb replace ect. Also no hairdryer in the apartment.

Location, cleanliness, and very nice hospitality. Thank you for your kind support and work extra miles for the cleaning.The mall is in your doorstep.

Just a suggestion, the water dispenser seems broke, maybe you can change new one. Some extra detergent for cleaning dishes would be nice and extra remote for the AC. I've been in couple of places like a service apartment like this most of them provide a Netflix.
