Great location, just 5 minutes away from the Cathedral and the pedestrian streets in the city centre where there are many restaurants. Lots of cafeterias and bakeries on the same street and huge parking (payed one) nearby.

There was an issue with the hot water - while taking shower it constantly changed temperature by itself from cold to boiling hot.
