Everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautiful, very clean, modern, and spacious with a stunning rice field view that gives a true Ubud feeling. The private pool, layout, and amenities were perfect for our family. The staff and management team were outstanding — extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful via WhatsApp. They arranged a birthday decoration and cake for my wife, which was done beautifully and made our stay very special. Breakfast arrangements and late check-in were handled smoothly, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.

La villa n'est pas du tout insonorisé donc on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dehors...c'est difficile pour dormir

The house was beautiful and exactly as photographed. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We were a group of 5 people and were comfortable sleeping in the loft. The kitchen had decent supplies to put together breakfast.

The house was beautiful, the location was peaceful and the staff was amazing!

Personally I enjoyed my stay but I will write this as a precaution for some people. The house is separated into 3 spaces with a pool in the middle. The outdoor space is a little unsafe specially if the floor is wet from rain or the pool! They need like anti slip tape or something to avoid a fall. My other concern, was it's advertised as 3 beds but 1 of the beds is in a loft in the living/kitchen area. My son stayed in that room and he said it was too hot up there and he hated going up and down the stairs. We made it work since we had a teen but for a group of adults that might be a concern. OVERALL for my family we made it work and we loved the stay!
