Green Residence Downtown

I absolutely loved the fact that the hosts were really involved and sent me directions a few days before arriving on how to get there and how to find the key, the fact that they also attached photos really made it much easier to navigate. The apartment was absolutely beyond expectations for the price it had, it was fully stocked with utilities, from washing machine to kitchen equipment, to AC and even clothing iron. I for one if I ever need to come back in Bucharest in the future will for sure consider staying here again.

The only thing i could think that would need improvement would be the squeaky and slightly difficult to open doors inside the apartment.

Very good apartamento, clean and very good location.

The Air-con was located on the living room, the fire the bedroom was hot to sleep in the night.

The flat is very clean and cozy and Mircea was easy to reach and very helpful.

Location: a six lane street, super loud day and night. With the windows closed, it was ok. The flat faces east and gets very hot in the summer, but only has air conditioning in the living room, where I had to sleep, consequently. The building is from communist time and a cloud of old cellar/sewer/trash smell is always around. A huge bathtub but no shower curtain.

Perfect place for people who want to be near the city center, metro station very close to the apartment. However a little bit noisy due to traffic on boulevard

Without air condition in sleeping room it was unfortunately impossible to sleep. Windows must be close because of noise from the street.

Location

Bathroom light was broken, mirror light was used for lighting the bathroom, partially helped.

Everything was awesome. Facilities, Location and staff.

It's a little hot in Romania, and as we came from Western Europe, we were not very comfortable without air conditioner. The one on the apartment was not working, but I hope it will get fixed for the next bookers.
