Flora's Room - Stylish central studio

Good apartment in a really good location. Nice street with a lot of restaurants and it is still not so far walking distance to walk to downtown and to Danube river.

The owner changed the room, they gave us another room smaller than the one in the picture without giving us a discount or something else. It's not fair, I paid for a big room then I ended up in a smaller one without a refund or a discount or something. Then there was no pan, I mean how to rent a house without a pan...

I like it .The location is nice , it's convenient to go anywhere. What I'm most satisfied with is their consistently excellent attitude. Whenever I had some problems, they immediately sent someone to solve them. If I come here next time, I'll choose this place again.

I didn't notice that the washing machine is in public area , a bit inconvenience but that not a big deal;)

The apartment was clean and spacious, the bedsheets smelled clean, floral, and the mattress was super comfortable. The towels also smelled clean. We liked the fact that there weren’t any unnecessary stuff like decorations, paintings, random objects etc., which makes it easier to keep it clean and tidy. The apartament was minimalist, but had all the necessary amenities: a hairdryer, an iron, ironing tables, a mini fridge, an induction stove, cutlery, plates, glasses, a microwave, a tv, shower gel, tampons, extra paper in the toilet, even a vacuum cleaner and an umbrella!! The location is its best feature for sure; super central, close to restaurants, bus/ tram stations, supermarkets etc.. The check-in wasn’t that hard to make, as many have previously commented, the difficult part was to open the key’s lockbox :)) The housekeeping guys were kind and friendly the times we met in the building and also at check-out. The person answering messages in the app’s chat was also kind and understanding, although she doesn’t seem to answer in a timely manner (maybe by a phone call it works faster, I don’t know).

The bathroom needs some maintenance and a better cleaning. The toilet seat had some hairs on it. Also, as others have previously stated, the shower hose is leaking a considerable amount of water. One of the buttons that you have to press in order to flush the wc wasn’t working, as it was stuck/ misplaced. The building isn’t soundproof, so you can easily hear movements and probably others can hear yours. It’s almost impossible to open the window, unless you are super tall. There’s always place for improvement, but overall it was a pleasurable stay and we would definitely recommend it.

we got the correct password at the start but were sent to a different floor to a different apartment which made us quite nervous but was resolved fairly quickly.
