The apartment was really lovely. Great location with wonderful view of beach and easy access to all areas of town. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

Our communication with the host was frustrating and, despite having a 4pm check in, the apartment was not ready until 7.30pm. There were some possible extenuating circumstances - the host was experiencing a bad back - however the check in time moved three times by half hour increments, as the host had not finished his cleaning process. By the third move we decided not to stay at the apartment but the host made a final commitment to have the apartment ready for us when we returned from dinner, which indeed he did. However, this start to our weekend away spoilt our experience. We were unable to enjoy our evening meal as we did not trust that the apartment would be ready when we returned from dinner. And our Friday afternoon was wasted while we hung around waiting to access the apartment. The host was a pleasant chap, but he wasted time trying to organise things we didn’t want in order to make up for the late check in.

My entire experience staying Sunset Points Apt was excellent from start to finish. From the courtesy phone call ahead of arrival that talked me through my arrival, to the personalised key code, it was simple but secure to get into the apartment and start my holiday. Robert also checked up on me shortly after my arrival to make sure that I had arrived safely and everything was as expected.

Fantastic central location with an amazing view. Spotless and comfy apartment which is very tastefully decorated, and comes with all the mod cons you need. Gorgeous bathroom with a real luxury feel, and even a bluetooth speaker mirror. Real attention and effort has been put into the apartment by Robert, who was a great host with excellent communication. Thanks Robert!

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It was very comfortable and perfectly located, facing the sandy beach. The communication with the host was excellent, especially for using the pin pad for entrance. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Definitely will be back 😃
