RUALVA FLATS, Convento 1 with terrace

Handing over the keys and communication was very good. The apartment was nice, clean, big and corresponded to the photos.

The apartment has really thin walls. One could hear someone snoring in a neighboring apartment from one room next to it. Any door opening or talking outside or in the hallway sounded as if it was right next to me. Only one toilet paper in the toilet for a five-day stay.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Excellent shower pressure and lots of hot water. Beds comfy, clean linen. Lots of utensils, crockery, and pots and pans. Outdoor patio was nice, and also had the washing machine. Very clean everywhere. Easy to get in, clear instructions. Short 10 minute walk to Valencia J.S. station. Good-sized supermarket just up the road. 30 minute walk to City of Arts and Sciences, and Gulliver Playground (kids will LOVE it!).

Walls (both internal and external) are paper thin. Bed frame and legs are very thin, we were worried about it collapsing.

Clean spacious and lovely bedrooms . Host very good on communication. Great for access to metro

Was very noisy at night time.

One of the best things about this flat, besides its great and safe location, great and its cleanliness, was the fact that there was no need to meet the hosts. We got to Valencia very late on New Year's Eve and we could self-check in without imposing on the host and without rushing from the airport. Great.

While the location was excellent there was alot of noise on the street some nights/early mornings with people en route from nightclubs etc.

-only 1 AC in the apartment, during summer it can get very hot in the bedrooms

Very spacious apartment, newly furnished with all new equipment etc. which is a little basic but functional and modern. Location is great in a street that is a little quieter but still right next to the center and all the public transport connections are very close. Very satisfied with our stay.
