The floor was very dirty. The carpet was very stained and filthy. The window screen was broken and open. The bathroom was mouldy and the door would not lock!!!! This is a safety issue! The shower curtain was broken. We were in the area for a fitness competition and could not have a nice shower after. Only 2 towels for 3 nights. No hangers for our clothes. We had to go purchase toilet paper, soap and shampoo. This place has no right to call it a “luxury “ room.
